Do you know where we can get this or is this a supplement that needs a prescription from your GP? What else supplement wise could I get over the counter to improve my erection?

You can buy l’arginine at most heaalth food shops but it is in capsule form and comes very expensive.

Most buy it from the States. A good starting place is Bodybuilding.com - Huge Online Supplement Store & Fitness Community!. who sell in in 1lb containers.

Even with the carriage charges it is far cheaper that buying it in capsule form from healthshops where it costs anything up to £90 per lb. It is some time since I bought it but it was something like £20 per lb in powder form

Most other supplements can be obtained there. but there are several suppliers, Have a look at the ‘supplements’ forum and you will see several mentioned.

PS sorry I didn’t notice you are in aussie land, but still check out the healthshops and American suppliers. or do an internet search on l’arginine in your local net.

No I’m living in England now. That is great help. At the moment I am taking protein supplement so do you reckon I could put some L’arginine within that aswell? I’ll go read around.

I’m not sure they should be taken together L’a needs to be taken on an empty stomach with water. Lots of water. otherwise you can experience very dry mouth and throat.

Some people take it last thing at night, and get very good boners. Didn’t work for me though.
