Hi guys…I started on a health nut kick recently. Trying to break all my bad habits and change my eating lifestyle i.e., give up fast food, eat healthier etc. I also began taking supplements for my overall well-being and to promote good health. Some of the supplements I’m taking are echinacea, saw palmetto, garlic, zinc, daily vitamin, calcium pyruvate, and L-Arginine. I also drink green tea. I’m hearing that while L-Arginine (an amino acid) won’t really do anything to make my unit bigger, I guess it helps to have harder erections by increasing blood flow and improve sexual performance.

Do any of you take L-Arginine (maybe “ArginMax” namebrand?)? And what results have you had?

L-Arginine does promote harder erections and also increases cum load. If you want to keep costs down, continue with the straight L-Arg and not the name brands.

Have you also started any kind of physical fitness routine? I was just like you and did the lifestyle makeover and now include weight lifting and hiking into my fitness regime. I think if I am going to have a big cock, it would look best on a fit body, and besides I have never felt better and my blood pressure has not been this low in ages.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I use the OTC L-Arginine (Walmart) 500 mg capsule. I take one in the AM and a second in the PM. I sometimes take a third before sex. I am fairly confident that L-Arginine improves my erection quality. I have a feeling that there is some timing involved in getting the most benefit from it but I cannot say exactly what that timing is. Some of the timing could simply be related to my wifes’ cycle.

I take a simple 500 mg L-Arginine capsule also and stay away from products like ArginMax.

I would like to lose about 30 lbs, but am having trouble trying to get past my appetite. I am cutting back and watching the carbs. Also, like I said earlier drinking green tea which is supposed to help and taking Calcium Pyruvate. Next step is to actually start exercising on the treadmill, walking, biking, etc to burn carbs and fat.

L-Arginine with Pyrodoxine HCL(Vitamin B5) in it, kicks in right away. It is great before sex, mixed with some vitamin B5. You only need 1,500mg once and your set for the whole day.

L-Arginine should be purchased in bulk powder form and taken two or three teaspoons at a time to produce any real noticable results. Starting with 500mg is a waste of money and time. Your body can use over 7 to 10 grams a day with no side effects such as kidney or liver dammage. I’m have read many studdies less than a year ago and did go through a “few pounds” of the stuff and it really does help with the bodybuilding and recovery. Buy it in bulk powder. Capsules are a waste of money. You need to eat 20 to 30 a day to see results. It does produce more cream from your squirt gun too.

I heard this somewhere…L-Arginine by itself is not as effective….as having the L-Argine and L-Orthinine combination! That is what I buy…I usually take a half a pill twice a day and then I phase it out for a few weeks and start up again…I really notice a difference in performance. As far as I know, it is the only nonprescripted substance that actually has been proven to strengthen erections! There you have it….

What brand has this combination, and where are you getting it?

I take the following daily for PE, health and Cum Loads:

Specifically what kind of results are you talking about? I’m really only interested in PE, not bodybuilding recovery. I know L-Arginine helps the body produce more NO2 which in turn speeds up cellular repair. What dosage of L-Arginine would yeild the best PE repair?

Also where can you buy L-Arginine in bulk powder form? Thanks.

Well guys, from what I have read there are two schools of thought on taking L-Arginine and L-Lysine together. The first school thought is they try and cancel each other out by competing with the same brain receptors. The second school of thought is the L-Lysine quadruples the effect of L-Arginine.
In addition, L-Lysine will counteract any skin problems that may occur when using higher doses of L-Arginine.

As far as using L-Arginine only on a Saturday night I don’t know. I use it everyday to increase blood flow and coincide my intake to match my sexual activities.

So far the results have been great. My orgasms are much more intense and the cum shot is about twice what I did before. The down side like I said is once I blow my wad, that’s it, I’m out of commission for the rest of the evening.

first of all the vitamin shoppe carries l-arginine HCL, which is powder form. Its 19 dollars for 120 grams. I started using it and realize that it desolves and works much faster than the pills. I am on an anti-depressant called lamictal, supposedly it has no sexual side effects. Does anybody know anything about that? Also I meant to say that the arginine mixed with VITAMIN B6 was strong. Ive realized that ejaculating once a day is not great. You get better results when you take off two days at a time, even a week if you could hold out. Whacking off too much can decrease your load, even if you take arginine.
