You’ll eventually come to the conclusion that everything has precursors. Testosterone is (in several steps) made from cholesterol, but consuming massive amounts of cholesterol won’t raise your testosterone levels. If you have joint problems, the very best thing to take would be glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and SAMe along with fish oil.
Your source on glucosamine is incorrect. Glucosamine is simply glucose with the C2 hydroxyl group replaced with an amine. No glutamine involved, although the body may still manufacture glucosamine using glutamine as an amine donor. I wouldn’t waste taking glutamine with honey, because glucose is available in sufficient quantities from food.
