Lecithin and Pygeum Results

How long until I see results from taking Lecithin and Pygeum? I want more pre-cum and to shoot a bigger load. Looks like these two should do the trick. Any suggestions on dosage? If I start today, will I have results by the end of the week?

Better chance of seeing results by the end of the week if you start now.

I’ve read pygeum takes up to 2 weeks to really get going and some have reported almost instant results, and for each person lecithin either works or doesn’t.

Hey I tried both of these and yeah it was GNC triple lecithin. Honestly I don’t know if it was a mental thing, but I felt as though I couldn’t last as long and I think it was because of the Pygeum.

1000 mg of lecithin has worked well for me and in no time at all. Bigger loads and more powerful ejaculations. I also take arginine, Maca and zinc. But I think its the lecithin that really does the job for the load. Just my experience.

Taurus, do you have an stomach problems from the Maca? I read in a forum where many people were getting cramping and other symptoms after taking Maca in a powdered pill form. One guy came on as an herbalist and said that Maca should be cooked first and Most Maca pills in the powdered form were never cooked, just raw form. Just wondering if it has given you and side affects.

dawgbone3333, no I don’t have any stomach problems and it hasn’t upset it so far. I take 500 mg per day which is one capsule - your right that it’s Maca from powdered root supposedly Maca consists of alkaloids, saponins and tannins and its grown in the high Andes of Peru.

I definitely have more precum and I think I have bigger loads but I can’t tell for sure. I have a hard time saving up for a couple of days and I think you are supposed to do that in the beginning.. I’m thinking about adding some Maca. Also thinking about cernatin. Anybody have experience with that?

I take Maca daily, and love the effect on my energy levels. I tried a Pygeum tincture for a while, that I bought from Home - Elk Mountain Herbs - and it did the trick. Only, I realized, a few weeks into taking it, that actually having a lot of precum, wasn’t as exciting as I thought it would be.

On a similar note, for about a month - I would twice daily make a smoothie from:

8 fresh celery stalks (juiced)
1 clove garlic (juiced)
2 Tbs. Ginger Root (juiced)
1 cup raw whole milk
Approx. 30 pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup lecithin
1/4 cup wheat germ

This actually doubled my cum load. However, I realized that it wasn’t (for me) really worth the effort to make it fresh twice daily - or the expense: going through two heads of organic celery everyday is not cheap. I loved that I felt my energy level stay up after ejaculation, and had much less of a refractory period - and the increased "show" was fun - but it is a lot of effort for somewhat unimportant results, in my humble opinion.

A good “men’s prostate health” type of multi-component supplement is good for this stuff too. Many of them seem to have most of the ingredients that you might try individually.
