Lecithin Granules and increase load

What I used to do was put the 2 tablespoons in water, mix, and shoot it down. NOT recommended! I would gag each time while I thought of drinking a cup full of snot which is what that consistency was like.

What I do now is scoop out fat free yogurt into an 8oz ziplock container, drop a tablespoon of lecithin on top, seal and refrigerate overnight. I bring that to work the next morning and that’s my breakfast. While it is in the fridge overnight the granules turn into a goo the same consistency as the yogurt and it mixes very nicely when I stir it up before I eat.

Same thing for dessert after dinner. Rather painless way to get my lecithin down.

I just mix it with water and gulp, no biggie. No taste whatsoever. Just like drinking a cup of water mixed with yellow larger than normal atoms

I’ve been taking my lecithin granules with some orange juice with pulp in it. Good thing someone pointed it out earlier, goes down really easy.

I might try it with just water just for the hell of it.

I did this last night - I buy the 32oz yogurt containers, and was about half-way through one. I stirred probably about 6-8 tablespoons worth into the container and let it work overnight. This morning, the granules looked sort of like they had melted - a quick stir and they were dissolved completely, leaving a thicker yogurt behind, with a pudding-like consistency. Much easier to get down than stirring the granules in and eating immediately. Thanks!

Has anyone taking lecithin regularly notice any increase in precum or is it purely an increase in semen?

This thread is still interesting. I think I will order a bottle of Lecithin after New Year’s Eve myself and try it out over a couple of days.

It is past new years, have you given it a shot yet? I’m thinking about jumping in on this sup. I’m glad I found this and other threads, I never realized there were a few different forms of Zinc.

Odd development with the Lecithin (pretty sure it’s the Lecithin). The last two times I’ve ejaculated my semen has been sticky. My semen has never ever been sticky. My wife complained that it stayed stuck in the back of her throat and she was having problems swallowing all of it.

Either it’s the Lecithin or this:

I’m going to have to order this Swanson granule stuff. I take their gelcap product and I can’t really notice much of a difference from it. I’m desperate to increase volume, but so far nothing has worked. I do tend to follow the directions on the label of supplements, maybe I just need to bump it up.

Yes. The individual pieces adhere to each other fairly well, so you can add/subtract to the point it fits well and doesn’t fall off. I sometimes wonder its effect on my computer next to my desk when I’m wearing it.

That’s a tough one. It sweats a lot more around the area of the ring and there’s definitely a more plump flaccid hang (I’m a grower, so to me this is really something). As far as, “Is this because I have a cock ring on or if this is the magnets doing it?” I really don’t know.

I took lecithin many years ago and the result was that my semen became very sticky. There was only a marginal increase in volume.

Hey there, it is past January, in fact. I just received my bottle today. Since I’ll be travelling next week, the experiment starts in a fortnight. Will report on any differences I notice.
