What I used to do was put the 2 tablespoons in water, mix, and shoot it down. NOT recommended! I would gag each time while I thought of drinking a cup full of snot which is what that consistency was like.
What I do now is scoop out fat free yogurt into an 8oz ziplock container, drop a tablespoon of lecithin on top, seal and refrigerate overnight. I bring that to work the next morning and that’s my breakfast. While it is in the fridge overnight the granules turn into a goo the same consistency as the yogurt and it mixes very nicely when I stir it up before I eat.
Same thing for dessert after dinner. Rather painless way to get my lecithin down.
