Yeah definitely don’t respond and if you do have to just play stupid and deny evrything. Since Customs snagged your package and deemed it illegal contraband your address is now flagged in their system. Do NOT try to order anything like that again especially from overseas. If you order another grey area product and Customs snags it they can and may get a search warrant to search your premises. Had a neighbor who did the same thing and then ordere from another site and feds decided to raid his house to see what else might have slipped through.

The address flagging theory is suspect. I’ve know people online that have had packs snagged by customs and had more packs sent to the same addy without a problem.

Well I’m hoping that kits n more is safe because I really would like to try the liquid c,as Viagra gives me a stuffy nose.That’s really the only side effect for me but not real desirable when I’m putting coal to the woman’s fire .

Yeah, I was going to advise you to try Kits n more because they ship from the U.S. to begin with! (I think they import stuff from elsewhere, so they already got past customs in huge batches. Or they make it themselves?)

I received 100 ml of liquid C from them, and I live in Canada, and I was worried about it clearing customs here. It did!

The surprising thing in this case, is that customs sent the letter in the first place. I can not think of any reason for them to do that other than to invite you to incriminate yourself.

According to the post by jmollner, a package of viagra from overseas is illegal, even with a prescription. There is nothing you could tell customs to make it ok, even if you had a prescription.

However, as it stands, you could deny you ordered it. Customs simply invited you to make their lives easier, hoping you would just fuck yourself.

I say it is surprising because I didn’t think customs bothered with these small quantities of non addictive drugs.

I suspect that the lobbying clout of Pfizer and the others has resulted in increased pressure to address this patent infringement issue.

Just forget it and dont worry about it. You can order overseas non-scheduled pharms without a prescription, BUT they have to be FDA approved drugs. So you have to buy Phizer viagra. No generics. This is because the pharm industry signs the FDAs paychecks. :)
