You could try 1500 - 3000 mg of L-Arginine on an empty stomach (20-40 minutes before meal time), with a lot of water.
Maca Root is an herbal supplement that also boosts load. It’s a good one as it has few notable side effects.
Arginine is probably your best bang for the buck, though. This is a cheap-ish version that works well. When weight lifting the recommendation is to take three tablets three times a day (a half-hour before eating). If you’re just trying to get your ejaculatory volume up you might start with one pill three times a day. It’s important to drink a lot of water when taking this supplement, which will also help make your loads bigger. Make sure you get enough zinc as well.
As far as the rest recommendations…they’ll work too, especially if your sex/masturbation routines are heavy (nothing like backing off), but if you’ve had a decent respite from these activities and still feel the loads need to be bigger go with Arginine.
