Odd that you say that, in the book I’m reading it says that oats can cause anxiety as they are of the gluten family. However I’ve been eating oat meal raw for about 5 years or so. So I am cutting out all the stuff for now that I have been eating and incorporating more proteins and vegetables and whole milk and cottage cheese and things of that nature. Nothing of the bread family.
A while ago, I was hungry. So I was going to make a PB+J sandwitch with my quality jelly and organic PB. I grabbed the whole grain bread I had which is organic and which I thought was good for me and on the ingredients, wheat gluten. WTF? So a tablespoon of each down the hatch minus the bread :(
I noticed I was tired this morning after eating 3 scrambled eggs with spinach and 1.5 tangerines. Of course I had a piece of previously mentioned bread with it too.
Not saying I have gluten intollerance, but I have to cut out what I’ve been eating all these years to rule things out.
