B). When you drop a deuce (#2 old school) does it smell fishy?
I have a GI disorder for 10 years now and my shit always smells both nasty and you can tell what I ate usually. It is also always discolored too by supplements rather easily for me, green for fish oil and a goldish yellow for turmeric.
If the smell seems to hover around your balloon knot and stain or mark via an odor your Spiderman underoos, I suggest Baby wipes for a more complete clean up. I have a box but never used them as I have a chia-pet like nether regions. So if it really bothers you, get waxed UTTERLY down there and use baby wipes.
C). Hobbit’s advice of selecting one supplement back in at a time is worthwhile and free in cost.
D). It could be something as simple as adjusting to a dose that is new or a brand, etc…. Could also be digestion issues that some pro-biotic or yogurt can take care of just as well.
