You asked 3 questions and my answer(s) to questions 1&3 are - Tongkat Ali taken in even doses of 400 mgram of 50:1 extract at 6 hr intervals totalling say 1600 mgram/day. Tribulus terrestris is good, too but I have had much better success with TA. Much better falccid hang, engorged nads - and lots of urge. Cycle the TA 20 days on, 10 days off. Coupled with the TA is to take 2000-3000 mgram of DHA/EPA from fish oil daily. Thats 1000-1500 mgram of each of those essential fatty acids. I personally like Carlson’s lemon-flavored cod liver oil together with Carlson’s megaDHA caps and I lean towards more DHA as a personal preference. Don’t skimp on quality on the fish oil - cheaper is not necessarily better - read lables carefully and try to get the most Omega3 for your money.
As for question #2, take your Omega3’s from fish oil and walk. Walk at a good, comfortable clip for half an hour or more 5 days a week. That coupled with the lower blood viscosity from the fish oil will, in time, do wonders for your circulation and the combination of all of these will naturally raise your free testosterone - at least that has been my experience.
