Optimum Nutrition's Tribulus
Just ordered a bottle going to start taking 1 pill 2x daily, hopefully I’ll see slightly increased sex drive and ejaculation volume, correct? Will it affect my testicle size?

I have two bottles of Optimum Nutrition Tribulus in my cupboard from about a year ago. I started taking them again just last week, personally I doubt they increase sex drive much, if at all. And if they did, it would only be if you had a low sex drive in the first place.
Another thing I’m trying though is… brace yourself - Dipping my testicles in ice cold water. I do this for about 5 minutes every night before bed. I fill a small glass with about 5 ice cubes and then fill the glass with water and just dip them in for about 5 minutes. I’ve heard this mentioned a lot, but have never seen whether there is any truth to it so I wanted to try and find out for myself. I’ve also heard some boxers do it. If you have seen Raging Bull you’ll notice that Bobby D does it. He pours a jug full of ice cold water down his boxer shorts.
Personally, I think the best bet on increasing sex drive and goo load is by staying active, eating healthy and stop masturbating! Also, a combo of zinc, arginine and plenty of water. All simple, yet effective!

It’s supposed to increase testosterone production.

Stop masturbating to completion right? Because I try to edge and get a hardon every night to keep the blood flowing. But to do so I have to look at porn and just not cum.
