I don’t know what the source of the above is; all I can tell you is my own personal experience.
When I first began going to the gym in earnest and I started to take Ginseng, as I had read about it’s ability to improve aerobic function.
I had not heard anything else about it; nothing even remotely linking it to improved sexual function.
I noticed the firmer erections immediately - morning wood was harder, no question.
I also know that I can take the little liquid vials of Panax Ginseng, which are sold at certain corner bodega’s for $1.00, and notice the effects within an hour of taking them. At this point I don’t take Ginseng on any regular schedule, but I know that I feel a difference.
Maybe it’s placebo effect, but I kind of doubt it. As I noticed an improvement before I knew anything about Ginseng helping in that department.
