penis 'enhansement' ad?

Have any of you heard about some ad that gets played on ESPN occasionally that is for penis growth? Apparently in the ad a guy is bowling and then when finished, mistakenly returns the bowling shoes of another bowler whose feet are much bigger and impresses the shoe return person with his shoe size.

If there is an ad on TV for this supplement wouldn’t it need to have some amount of legitimacy behind it? Otherwise it would seem they’d be leaving themselves wide open for lawsuits.

It’s pretty much arginine. Members here have given arginine good feedback, so I assume that it works to some extent in giving harder erections.
