First I have seen of it. Seems to be an ADS. The problem, once again, is the type of noose required but the site does not clearly show the product.

Also they are very crafty saying that growth of penis does not take place until 8 months have past, and that any lengthening before that is temporary as a result of stretching.

But could be an complement to other more active PE.
