I do actually understand the concern here why hcg and dht cream have been seen as dangerous drugs. All because of bodybuilders who use excessive and abuse them.
In fact HCG does the same job as tribulus or tongkat ali, the difference is simple; hcg is proved to simulate the testes to produce more testosterone
Here is a quote of information I found:
In males, LH and chorionic gonadotropin stimulate the testes to produce male hormones such as testosterone. Testosterone causes the enlargement of the penis and testes and the growth of pubic and underarm hair. It also increases the production of sperm.
Although chorionic gonadotropin has been prescribed to help some patients lose weight, it should never be used this way. When used improperly, chorionic gonadotropin can cause serious problems.

While DHT gel a.k.a andractim have been study in older male over 3 months safely and few side effect:
The safety experience with 3 months of DHT treatment proved satisfactory. There were no discontinuations for adverse medical events (notably polycythemia, sleep apnea, or lower urinary tract symptoms) attributable to DHT treatment. The only discontinuation, for aggravation of arthritis, occurred in the placebo group. The effects of 3 months of DHT treatment on the prostate in this study were minimal or even potentially beneficial, because there was no evidence of stimulatory effects on prostate volumes or PSA concentrations. Indeed, the underlying tendency toward prostate volume growth in older men, as evident in the placebo-treated group, was absent in the DHT-treated men. This raises the possibility that DHT treatment, because of it’s inability to exhibit intraprostatic amplification, has less selective prostate growth effects than would T.
