Science of PE - Testosterone levels

Science of PE - Testosterone levels

Hey guys - I did some searching but could not find a topic that was talking specifically about what I am interested in…

Which is whether someone who is hypogonadal is going to have more trouble growing? I’m thinking that Testosterone is crucial in tissue repair, the whole reason why anabolic steriods are used…

So could the fact that one is hypogonadal be slowing his results? (I was hypogonadal, but now am “fixed” so I’m hoping I start to see more real gains. I tend to doubt it is the difference between huge gains and none, but wanted thoughts on it)

Thanks!

What is hypogonadal?

Steriods and thereby off the chart Test levels do not make or help your dick grow. There has not been one streriod user who has come forward to make a contrary claim.

Hypogonadal refers to someone with low testosterone levels.

Generally they have erectile dysfunction, can be lethargic, hard to wake up, etc…

There was a guy who achieved a 2 inch gain or so in one month through the use of Growth hormones. Could be he was meant to achieve those gains without the growth hormones.

Testosterone is not necessary for tissue repair (women, who have extremely low levels of T, repair their tissues just fine).

You’ve been a member for a while gnome. Have you started PE and are you not seeing gains?

Was his name Jose Canseco by any chance?

No, I think he goes by the the name of Sam1966 there is a thread in the Supplements section named Growth Hormone and PE, you’ll find the info needed. Oh yeah, it’s a 1.5 inch gain in two months. Really sorry about that.

Hi WestLA :)

I first did some PE like 5 years ago, stretching, jelqing, some sqeezes. I did a fair amount, but gave up after a few months with nothing at all to really show for it.

Girth wise I’m pretty happy. 5.75” center and most of the shaft, about 6.25” base. Length, without pressing at all, I’m bout 5.75” long, with a curve and lean to the left. If I were to press with like .1lb of force, I can easily add 0.5” to that length… And just yesterday true bone pressed hit about 7”.

My more recent routine has been using a 24oz circle device for about 300 hours. I also do some manual stretches in the shower. I have used a VacExtender but I want to pull nice and hard (about 5# of force) and well, my glans is not particularly happy with me after less than an hour. So for me the CD, although with a lot of flaws, I just liked the ability to get hours and hours and hours in, just watching TV. (Although I lie on my side to try to correct the lean)

I may have gained 1/8” in those 300 hours, and while it sounds like it is easy, quite frankly it isn’t. The CD is far from perfect, can require adjustment after a couple of hours… Sometimes I can wear it for 3+ hours with good circulation and no slippage, other times it just isn’t right.

After suffering for a few years with relatively low T due to an injury, I finally am healthy again, just this week… And was just hoping that maybe I would see better gains in the next 300 hours. (Oh and I’ve done about 150 hours with MB’s anit-turtle system in the last month - I took about 2 weeks off to allow some recovery, or else my numbers would be higher)

Now that my ED may be “cured” I may add some jelqing into my routine.

Funny. Haven’t heard that name for awhile. He sure was in the news back in his days with the A’s. Also had a hot girlfriend/wife? As I remember.

She’s got a book too. She dumped him (cheated on him with the guy too) for Tony Gonzales the tight end for the KC Chiefs at the time.

I think you’re seeing slow results because you’re doing “lazy PE.” Jelqing and manual stretches, with some clamping thrown in (although you don’t need much more girth), is what provides many guys with gains. Passive all-day-stretch things like the circle device just don’t seem to provide enough stress to the tissues, IMO. Consistency is also important and you sound like someone who could keep at it. :)

Then, there are guys who never gain no matter what they do. Sad, but true. I hope you’re not one of them.
