Hi WestLA :)
I first did some PE like 5 years ago, stretching, jelqing, some sqeezes. I did a fair amount, but gave up after a few months with nothing at all to really show for it.
Girth wise I’m pretty happy. 5.75” center and most of the shaft, about 6.25” base. Length, without pressing at all, I’m bout 5.75” long, with a curve and lean to the left. If I were to press with like .1lb of force, I can easily add 0.5” to that length… And just yesterday true bone pressed hit about 7”.
My more recent routine has been using a 24oz circle device for about 300 hours. I also do some manual stretches in the shower. I have used a VacExtender but I want to pull nice and hard (about 5# of force) and well, my glans is not particularly happy with me after less than an hour. So for me the CD, although with a lot of flaws, I just liked the ability to get hours and hours and hours in, just watching TV. (Although I lie on my side to try to correct the lean)
I may have gained 1/8” in those 300 hours, and while it sounds like it is easy, quite frankly it isn’t. The CD is far from perfect, can require adjustment after a couple of hours… Sometimes I can wear it for 3+ hours with good circulation and no slippage, other times it just isn’t right.
After suffering for a few years with relatively low T due to an injury, I finally am healthy again, just this week… And was just hoping that maybe I would see better gains in the next 300 hours. (Oh and I’ve done about 150 hours with MB’s anit-turtle system in the last month - I took about 2 weeks off to allow some recovery, or else my numbers would be higher)
Now that my ED may be “cured” I may add some jelqing into my routine.
