Solution for how to make liquid Tadalafil/Cialis

The question was raised in several threads and here is the answer:

Simple as it can get: Add a tiny amount of gelantin (knifetip) to cold water (25 ml) and heat the water to about 80°C until all gelantin dissolves. Let cool until just warm and pour the needed amount of liquid into a bottle (must not be full). Add your tadalafil powder. Close bottle and shake the hell out of it.
Voila. Thats it.

Explanaition: Gelantin is an emulsifier, the tadalfil will not dissolve but form an emulsion with the water. The emulsion will be stable for a long time, if anything settles then a quick shake will cure it, a quick shake before use is actually never wrong. Store at roomtemperature.

Will work for other water insoluble compounds too.

The problem is to weigh out 20 mg - for this one needs a very good scale, whilst making an emulsion from half a gram and then measuring out by ml is pretty easy. If you have such a scale then you can fill gelcaps. I also posted somewhere else a workaround for this. Another problem is that the stuff is not water soluble, say if you take into your mouth it will stick and it tastes not good. Not really bad either but not good enough to make this a preferred method. And it will not wash down with water easily - it doesn´t dissolve.

And besides this, Webslave and others have asked for this repeatedly, I found it out and if its just a service to some valuable members then it is enough for me.

Thanks Schabernack; I still have 1 1/2 grams c powder to play with. Will try the gelantin. Can I add it to the already vial made with PGA ? Think the PGA would kill the gelantin?

Excuse me, do you guys mean gelatin rather than gelantin? I never heard of gelantin.

yes bigdave, same thing…I spelled like Schabernack did. Actually its spelled several different ways, gelatin, gelatine, gelantine,etc. All made from boiled cow bones etc.

Should be no problem after my best of knowledge. Well adding gelantin dissolved in water, dont know if it dissolves in PGA…

Schabernack: tried using the gelatin along with the PGA…thats a no go, as the alcohol kills it but fast! One thing it does do is help with the taste! I used strawberry jello/gelatin.

As I’ll be making my own liquid cialis in the future. Found it to be much cheaper to order the powder and convert it myself, I’ll miss ordering from kitsnmore.

I will use the gelatin/distilled water next batch.

Ive always used PEG-600 or Everclear.

Cialis and Viagra powder both dissolve in PEG-600. This will make a clear “solution.”

You can also make a “suspension” with everclear. The powder will not dissolve in the Everclear so you will have to shake each time.

Hey viroid; the Polyethylene Glycol 600/ PEG-600 is costly compared to PGA ? And try the strawberry jello addition,,,taste much better.

Other methods are using olive oil, Barcardi 151, etc.

I always thought that it was an alcohol and glycol suspension, at least from the liquid I have purchased. Much like what the monkey guy suggested.

From what I have read, the recipes for making liquid C are very different than for liquid V. And there is a big difference between kitsnmore liquid C and liquid L (levitra). The liquid C is a suspension where the powder is not dissolved and settles rapidly, while the liquid L is perfectly clear liquid with no solids. The solvent in the L seems more oily, while in the liquid C it seems more alcohol or PEG based but I’m not sure.

Recipes for liquid V I read (from webslave I believe) were PEG and glycerin based.

What I’m trying to say is, don’t assume that a recipe for liquid C will work for L or V, and visa versa.

The jello recipe sounds good, but I would like to hear from someone who tried it for V powder that it works, before I try it with my precious powder.

Have you tried both of these solvents with the V powder specifically? Did you use heat? How many Mg/ml?
