Soy, egg, or sunflower Lecithin?
Mostly interested on thoughts (and real men’s real life experiences) with these different products.
I became interested in it (Lecithin) because of the “Holy Grail of Cum Loads” on here.
I kinda jumped the gun by buying a huge bottle of Soy Lecithing, before I researched it too much.
It’s hard to tell (no pun intended) since I have also been experimenting with other things for Cum Quality (CQ, which I define unscientifically [I am not doing sperm health studies on my little swimmers] as volume, and thickness or opacity [vs. wateriness.])
My volume is already up, which I attribute to some other supplement and lifestyle changes I had previously engaged in prior to starting the Soy Lecithin. My concern is mostly with the estrogenic effects of soy reported in literature. It’s somewhat subjective, but my cum load did seem thicker taking this.
It’s also somewhat dependent on multiple factors, but subjectively I think my EQ might have decreased from this?
In my daily stack I have cut this out (at least temporarily for a week or two.) I bought such a big bottle (for economic reasons) I would hate to throw it away. But I am curious to try some of the other forms of Lecithin (egg, and/or Sunflower) that don’t seem to have the estrogenic effects associated with Soy.
Any thoughts from my brothers in third leg?
