Stinging Nettle Extract

Has anyoe tried taking stinging nettle extract and what was your thoughts?

Yes.. It’s very effective for me..

I just recently started using it. I read somewhere that it is an aromatase inhibitor. Aromatase helps convert testosterone into estrogen. Chrysin and D.I.M. are also reputed to be aromatase inhibitors as well.

Stinging Nettle has a variety of other uses.
