Dull Stinging At Tip Of My Penis

Hi Everyone,

I have a question for the veteran pumpers. I’ve been using the ball type pump without a gauge. I’ve purchased a new pump from northwest pump with a gauge and proper cylinder size. I don’t intend to use the other pump anymore, I’m going to wait until I receive my new pump before resuming. Yesterday, when I came out of the tube I noticed on one side of the base of my penis, there was a large lump of fluid buildup which has subsided since. I also had a dull stinging sensation at the tip of my penis. The stinging has not subsided. It hasn’t gotten any worse either. I assume my problems accured from pumping at high pressure, since I only stayed in the tube at 10 minute increments for 2 sets for a total of 20 minutes. I didn’t think I had used any more pressure than I had the other times I had pumped. Obviously, I did. My question is, has anyone else had this happen to them? How long did it take for it to go away. I’m worried because it’s been over a day and it doesn’t seem to have gotten better.

Unless it makes the stinging worse, massage your glans gently a few times a day with a lotion like Lubriderm. Better I think you should have some temporary stinging than numbness or partial loss of feeling in one area.

My guess is you probably upped the pressure too high without being aware that you had done that. See this is a good opportunity for a short break from pumping while you wait for your new NW outfit.

The stinging sensation is not intense. It’s my own fault. That pump never felt comfortable. The tube on the pump has a very tight rubber collar on it. I always had that stinging feeling at the tip of my penis while in the tube but went away when I released the pressure. I should have taken that as a warning, but I ignored it. I’ll listen to my dick next time that happens, you can bet on that. I do believe that the collar on that pump was the biggest culprit. I got that feeling with the slightest bit of pressure. I expect I’ll get the NW pump within the next couple of days. I ordered 2 weeks ago. I think it was shipped via pony express. LOL I don’t intend to use it until everything heals up.
