Tadalafil question.. Vets help

Hey guys! I got curious today and decided to try Tadalafil (cialis). I split the 20 mg tabs into 4 pieces and had 1 piece(5mg) before dinner. Soon after, i could feel my heart being a bit racey.It stopped after 15 minutes. Thats it. I had no other ill effects like stomach cramps or swollen body parts. After, about 1 hour of taking the 5 mg dose, I decided to pop in another 5 mg. After this dose the racey heart symptom appeared and was gone after about 15 minutes. Its been about 3 hours I had the last dose and i dont feel anything bad except that dick reacts quite quickly to any stimulation which is a good thing :)

There is however something strange I noticed. Since this is the first time I took C, i measured my blood pressure. It was 120/80 before I took C. After 1 hour of taking C, I checked my pressure and it was 100/70. After an hour of second dose of another 5 mg, I noticed my pressure was high at 145/110. Its really strange as i was not stressed or anything. I hope this fluctuation is a OK thing.

My question to you guys is whether I should pop in the remaining 10 Mg tomorrow. Can I have 10 mg on a daily basis or should i have it once every 2-3 days? Also, the next time I take cialis should I take a 20 mg dose straight away instead of 5 or 10 mg twice?

PS: Ima healthy male of 30 without any ED issues. Im just trying to experience being on C. Thanks a lot.

1. I got the racy heart thing when I first started taking C. It used to keep me up at night, especially the first day I took it. Now it seems my body has adjusted, and I don’t feel it anymore, at least if I stick to the 10-15 mg dose.

2. These type of drugs tend to lower blood pressure slightly. Your fluctuation was probably just normal due to whatever physical and mental things you were going through at the time of testing. I wouldn’t worry about it.

3. Before you get on a daily regimen, I would check to see how long this 10 mg you have taken will stay in effect for you. I think you will find that you are enjoying its benefits for at least 2-3 days and maybe even 4. The stuff is expensive and hard to get, so why take more than you need to? Once you are familiar with how the size of dose and frequency of dose effects you, then you can decide how much and how often you want to take it.

5. You might want to take the 20 mg after this dose wears off just to see if 20 works better than 10. If it doesn’t there is no reason to take that much. I never saw a need to take that much. More side effects but basically the same boner for me. You might be fine with 5mg as your normal recreational dose. You just need to do the tests and see. Space them out enough so you are judging fairly and not getting overlap of effects with the previous dose.

Its been 8 hours since my first go at Cialis. Now, I got a strong buzz in the head. The viens on my temple is throbbing with pain. Neck feels stiff too. Will the headaches last as long as the effect of cialis lasts?

Also, can I continue cialis with supplements? Im having cowhage, multi-vitamins, Zinc and Omega 3 fatty acids.

It’s best, I think, to work out for yourself what Cialis does or doesn’t for you on low doses, moving up in dosage only if you need to. According to the information provided by the manufacturers, 20 mg in a 24 hr period is allowed. However, when you factor in the long half-life of this drug and if you take it every day at that level, you may begin to “stack” it. You keep dumping more Cialis in than you need and are at higher plasma levels of the drug than you need for the result you want. Further, the higher the dosage, the stronger the side effects. 20 mg may be workable for a guy with serious ED.

The side effects you describe do not sound desireable (temple trobbing; stiff neck) so back off, is my advice.

Thanks Avocet! I woke up just now and feel much better. No stiff necks but a very slight buzz in the head. Feels more like a slight headache after much travelling. Other vital signs like BP, pulse is normal. No face flushes or stomach cramps either. Ill stick to 5 mg dose. what you say about stacking due to daily use makes sense. Ill stay of it for 48 hours and see if I start with a 5 mg dose later

I have no idea what cowhage is, but I take the others with Cialis no problem.

That might be a good indicator of what you need to take to increase your experience. Also, since you have no ED problems, you might want to take it only for sexual enhancement, or on days that you want it for PE exercises, no matter how cheap it is.

I am not a medical professional, and this is just my experience. Are you? Is that how you read your BP?

Also, you with regular use, the pain is not noticable for me.

No sex yet but I did jerk off . It helped me last a bit longer than usuall. Like I mentioned before Im using it only for recreational purpose. I dont even need that thing for PE coz im not much into clamping and as such I dont jelq with hard erections.

No, Im not a medical professional but have a family full of physicians and surgeons. I dont discuss PE with them because they may think Im all screwed up :) . Blood pressure is measure as mm of Hg where Hg stands for Mercury. The normal blood pressure is 120/100 mm.

Any adverse effects of drinking alcohol after cialis?

I take 5mg every third day. It’s all I need. Perhaps that’s enough for you too. Why not see how you do on 5mg first? Funny thing is, I thought part of what tadalfil did was lower blood pressure a bit.

Also, try taking it in the morning. Give it a few hours to get into your system before you really need it.

What did you have for dinner that might have caused your heart to race, or was it the company?
