While it may have a theoretic halting effect on cell proliferation (which I highly doubt) that could result in significant impediment in gains, tissue growth is a very complex interplay of cell signalling and genetic expression that is still to this day needs to be elucidated fully.

I think the glaring fact here is that NO will deliver more blood (ergo better nutrients) permitting maximal recovery.

You know, you’re completely right. I have no idea why I didnt think of that…! KosmicKastaway, I gotta hand it to you on this one. Thanks for your input!

How long have you been using yours? Today is my 11th day and I won’t be measuring until about August.

So, almost August. Did you stuck with it and if so, do you plan to measure soon? For me, the end of my 2nd month falls on the 16th August, i’ll be happy to share my results with you using the PF - the estimated time logged will be around 480 hours. But honestly, I think if anything only flaccid will be longer; it looks longer. But I dont know if my perception is going weird after looking at the size of my erect penis so much because when erect, it seems visually shorter… Well, the ruler wont lie.

I’ve been using NO booster for approximate two months now. I take 1000mg of Arginine & Citrulline (sp?) per day. From the PE perspective, I admittedly have taken a break over the summer months as I prefer cold showers (no ac in home) thus not conducive to the all important constant heat aspect of PE; therefore, can’t speak to any gains. I have noticed stronger erections through out the sleep cycle especially in the morning (wood). I’ve also noticed that if I double the dose a half hour or so prior to anticipated intercourse, my erections appear to also be stronger. Whether this is a placebo effect or an actual benefit of the supplement, I’m not sure. I will continue to use the supplement over the next year and get back into PE once the weather cools. I will measure prior to me restarting to see if there is any measurable gains.

Very informative, and in a similar way I too have noticed stronger erections during sleep cycle and morning wood. However im convinced this is mostly from PE and taking ginseng & gingko biloba. As a ratio of their influence on my erections id have to state it as: 85% PE, 15% herbs. The NO boosters i have i forget their name but they might be Argipower 1500 or something similar in name. They are in the cupboard, I have not taken any yet, but I plan to try them for my upcoming girth routine after i reach month 6 of my length routine (assuming all goes well). They also seem rather large, not looking forward to trying to swallow those…

So far I’ve been using heat with my routine and not seen much difference yet, other than general slightly longer flaccid and improved morning wood. of course, I’m also only just into my 7th week of my new routine, so that also speaks for itself.

Great post ptkk, thanks for dropping by my thread!

Ginseng is a very good supplement for PE, I place it near the top of my boner pills list after tongkat ali and citruline/arginine. I discovered through trial and error that I have an arginine allergy in that it changes my body odor for the worse.

Ginseng is good for many reasons, you’re wise to have it near the top! Tongkat Ali is a new name to me, I will defintely be looking into it :)
What’s your opinion of NO though?

Very interesting to hear about your arginine allergy causing an unusual body odor, how strange!

It was great to read through this thread. Just by coincidence I’m exploring this route as well. Being into trail running, I came across NO test strips. Apparently with these test strips you can tell if your body has enough NO. Of course mine tested low… Being a running, this is a really bad thing. So the search began to find out the best way to supplement for NO. After days of internet research and a visit to the local supplement store, I can home with a bottle of citrulline malate. These weight lifter know what they are talking about, but the guys at the supplement store are all about the up-sell. So know what you want before you go. Understand what they are telling you but realize these people are also into maximum sales. After a couple of weeks of citrulline my running distances and speed have increased drastically. So I know now for sure that it has increased my NO. Time to try another test strip.

I’ve also decided to try Fenugreek as a test booster. We will see how this works. I normally use Tonghat Ali 200:1. We will see how this compares.

So. Running in parallel to this, I’m just coming off a 8 week deconditioning break. The stars are aligned for some gains. I’ll let you know how it goes.

PE rules!!!

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

This thread is cool and right up my alley! Hope I can contribute meaningfully

I’ve taken workout boosters for about 15 years now. Recently the last year has been way less gym due to mild injuries, so my supplements dropped off in that regard. But, at the end of May, I decided to get back to regular PE with full force and gusto. I haven’t hit it this hard in 15 years! Since first week of June I’ve logged in 52 pumping sessions, and my average time in the tube is 44.5 minutes. I range from 30 to 60 minutes of tube time per session. As soon as I started pumping I started supplementing like I was bodybuilding 10 years ago:

Citrulline-1.6g
Citrulline malate-1.5 to 2.25g
Arginine AKG 5g(powder) and HCL-2g
C4 prework (1 scoop or usually less)
Creatine hydrochloride-750mg powder
Glutamine-5g powder

I know this sounds like a lot. But I’m accustomed to it and don’t have negative side effects that I’ve ever noticed. I cycle off the C4 every 3 weeks for at least 5 days (I have had up to 5 day breaks here and there all summer, so I didn’t take much of any of this stuff on off-pump days).

On days that I take one extra citrulline of either kind, my after-pump swelling is really great. When I take 1g instead of 2g of the arg HCL I notice a slight difference in my after-pump swell but especially when I jelq between sets in the tube. More arginine always means a fatter almost-erection and I’m able to get a boner right when I want it and it lasts longer.

Now y’all got me wondering what my pumps will be like with none of this stuff at all! I actually have done my last three pumps with no C4 and I just now read this thread. I still got great pumps without it. I’m curious to know what arginine alone does, citrulline alone does, and none do. I think I’m going to try this for a week and see. If I can’t notice anything I’ll do another week. If I still can’t notice a difference I’ll have to question if any of my stack matters!! I want it to matter because I really do feel like I get bigger pumps from the supplements. Time will tell and I’ll report back here!

I also take a Yohimbe cap (300mg) before I pump too. Sometimes I feel like that alone is all I need to get the wood required and the excitement needed for an amazing pump. Without the Y I’m not as focused and excited about my cock during a session. I mean, I AM excited about my cock all the time!! But at about the 20 minute point in the tube, which is about 40+ minutes into my whole routine, I start to lag.

Lastly, I only did the creatine mono powder until that little container ran out. I haven’t taken it probably since mid-July. I know I get way less red spots when I took it.

One last thing actually concerning the arginine: my wife had surgery a few years ago and on a poster in her wing was a note telling patients to supplement their diets with extra L-Arginine and L-Glutamine to ensure a quicker recovery and healing process. The Glutamine for sure helps with health and healing (I swear by this stuff, you take it all the time you will NEVER get sick and stay less sore after workouts!). This hospital is a major one in our city. If they put Arginine on a poster for patients to take, I think it’s probably a benefit for PE/pumping.

Interesting story! And it’s good to know that Citruline Mallate can and does work in increasing NO. Definitely interested in your thoughts on the comparison of Fenugreek and Tonghat. Personally I liked Horny Goat Weed, I think that stuff actually works! Goes great with jelqing for EQ

Awesome, thanks for appreciating my thread!

Yeah, that really sounds like a lot!! And to accumulate so much time as an average… I find you very interesting. What kind of training are you doing, I would like to assume girth training but i believe you can also potentially pump for length. Have you had any real gains form your workout though?
I am VERY interested into what your results are going to be. Personally, i am skeptical about many things by nature, especially when it comes to such ‘boosters’. I am quite surprised you jumped into taking so many at once, without knowing how it would be before doing so.

That lag is normal, i reckon we all feel it after such an amount of time and with such repetition.

You definitely contributed meaningfully, thanks for your incredibly interesting and well-thought message! I hope you see this and reply, you have much to contribute.
