Timing AAKG

How important is the timing of taking AAKG?

I bought some powder to increase my loads.

I keep reading at least 45 minutes before eating or at least 2 hours after eating.

This is difficult for me as I always seem to be eating :)

AAKG must be taken with an empty stomach, whcih means at least 30 - 45 minutes before eating or 2 hours after eating.

Try this: Take it the first thing you get up in the morning, and by the time you sit down for breakfast, it is already more than 30 minutes. Second dose in the afternoon 2 hours after lunch, and then the third dose 2 hours after dinner.
