Hey guys.. I just want to bump this thread back up to get more peoples opinions on the matter, because I am about to buy some supplements myself. So people l-arginine or AAKG? Why?
Maybe someone can post a poll up on this topic (I can’t yet, still a newbie)
Also, just to confirm what I think these supplements are used for are for increased blood flow (which is good for sex), correct?
*Edit* - I just realized that I am taking NO2, and the active ingredient is A-AKG (Arginine alpha-Ketoglutarate), this is the same stuff you guys are referring too correct? I am only on my second serving of it, since I just got it yesterday in the mail. Has anyone else taken NO2 and realized any affects down there along with muscle benefits?
