But all say it does increase libido and EQ. Some say it is inconsistent and therefore may need to be cycled. Interested in your results.

Tonight is “date night”…no kids every other saturday night. I confirmed with my wife and she said that the two times she used it, she felt nauseated. I’m going to give it a go tonight, with a slightly lower dose and use some Zofran (prescription anti-nausea pill) to see how that works.

I just finished reading the search results on this forum and several members reported positive erection results with M2 which they claim has the same benefits as PT 141 but also increases your tan. The negatives mentioned with M2 included new moles.

Yeah, I saw that a little about M2 as well. I only heard of PT141 because a friend told me about it. I took all of my power pellets saturday night. I tried using 8 mg of Zofran before the PT141 and it definitely helped. I also only did 1mg of PT141 vs. the 2 mg I had done previously. I added 10 mg Cialis and 60 mg Viagra as well You’d think I would’ve had the biggest raging boner ever, but I’ve also been pumping pretty aggressively for the past few days, so I was worn out. I’m normally about 6.25” BPEL and 5.1” girth, but when I pump a lot and get some temporary fluid buildup, I can be a pretty solid 6.5” x 6.2” girth. So between that, a couple of cock rings, and all of my meds, my wife was walking with a waddle all yesterday ;) That being said, taking all of these meds together can be scary and dangerous. I usually have a little elevated blood pressure (138/80), so taking sildenafil/Viagra and tadalafil/Cialis can lower your BP a bit…which is good for me. PT141 can elevate BP a little and increase heart rate a bit, so that also works decent with the other meds. I’m also 6’3” 194 lbs, weight lift several days a week and play tennis several days…so I’m pretty decent, health-wise. I’m also a health care professional, with a little additional knowledge about all of this stuff. So, I don’t want anyone ever reading this to think this is a good idea to lump all of these meds together…I just happened to do it, after weighing all of the risks and benefits with some “professional” knowledge. But it was nice to find out the Zofran helped counteract the nausea from the PT141.

Is your wife happy with the PT 141? I ask because I think it’s good this is something both of you can take. I looked up Vyleesi and the prefilled syringes have a dose for women of 1.75mg. How does this compare to the PT 141 dose you each use? Does eating food beforehand help with nausea? Finally, are the bacteriostatic water and syringes included with the PT 141? Again, thanks for sharing. We will try PT 141 next month.

The PT141 comes in small vials…each has 10 mg in them (about $45 each). You reconstitute that with 1 mL of bacteriostatic/sterile water. Dosage seems iffy, but I’ve seen 2 mg (0.2mL) several places. I believe that peptide sciences place will sell you everything you need, but it’s cheaper to get it on Amazon. You’ll also need insulin syringes, which you can also get on Amazon. The two times my wife used it, she definitely felt a difference…and definitely more clitoral sensitivity the next day (effects seem to last 18ish hours). I’m not sure if eating food helps. It seems like the nausea is present in 40% of people (my friend and wife have no reported nausea). It’s not debilitating, and once you get into things, it doesn’t bother me. However, our normal routine of a few drinks on Saturday night beforehand is definitely slowed down a bit for me when I’ve used it.

Never mind. I found a medical study that found alcohol does not affect PT 141.

I know the start of this thread is old, but PT-141 is way older than that. I have been in the fitness industry for decades and we started playing with it back in 2008-2009. As mentioned here before, it started with Melanotan 2, a peptide that allows you to tan deeper and faster. In the bodybuilding community is widely used for tanning. As a side effect, was libido out of control and erections. I first tied PT141 in 2009. Since then, many people use it, and as far as Im aware there is no alarm for a peptide mysteriously killing people or causing serious side effects.

I believe after all this years is more than tried and tested, is perfectly safe and effective.

Sorry…didn’t see this. It’s just that because of the nausea, I lose my desire to drink much.

Tried PT141/Bremalanotide some years back to see if it had any effects on my erection. Sure enough, first time I tried it I had a constant erection for 3 hours without even thinking about sex. Didn’t have any effects when I tried it after that though. Not sure why. Also, it only affected my erection, not my horniness.
