Tried PT141 for the first time! WOW!

I have found Peptide Sciences to be a great resource, all US made and shipped. Very responsive. As for P-141 use, I still use it now and then, with timing still an issue. But, I also find its better to over estimate the time to effect than under, because it has (I think) a long lasting impact, perhaps not just the initial spontaneous rock hard erection. In other words, with proper “motivation” it seems to reactivate for an evening!

What is the updated feedback on this? I would love something for libido.. But I had the delayed orgasm and lack of feeling that Cialis gave me.

I use P-141 on occasion. I find the timing variable for effect, but I do think it continues to have effect for a period of time, even if not the overt rock hard erection. In other words, I think it can act somewhat like a pill for a longer term over hours, once stimulation is added.
I have injected a few times before bed in order to induce greater wood while sleeping and on awakening. I find it works well! Others have commented that use the night before, followed by use the next day for a main event can also help it’s effect that next day. For me, it still seems to take full effect anywhere from 3-5 hours post injection. But, it works! Be cautious if you start use to see what dose works best for you without nausea.

I do find the user stories and research having huge contrast.

Research made with nasal spray do show the substance working precicely having 30 to 45 minutes before it works and the effect fading away after two hours or so.

So, from where comes the controvercy.
Maybe the subscutaneous admistration is not the way. There Is no reason not to use intramuscular shots.

I have used PT 141 injections and my experience is similar to Newyorktexan. It takes hours before it works but continues to give some benefit the following day. Nausea is the main side effect although dosing more than 2 x per week can cause hyperpigmentation on areas including the face. Zofran one hour before dosing helps with the nausea. The version for women recommends 1.75mg. I find 2-3 mg most effective.

Ok so I ordered injectable PT141 and Melanotan

I didnt notice any effects from the PT141 just nausea

Is it sub q injection only, I used an insulin syringe in the delt, and felt no effects except nausea

The melanotan just made me darker but no difference with erections for either product.

But I just ordered PT141 from amino asylum so ill update on that

As I have chronicled, I embarked on an extended course of PRP over more than a year. What I started doing as well is to inject P141 before bed at least on day of the PRP. Granted you may awaken in the middle of the night, but the wood is amazing, thickness astounding. My thinking being that inducing more prolonged erections after PRP can only help solidify effect. I luckily don’t get more than a passing hint of nausea. And going to sleep helps!

I don’t know your source but you may consider upping the dose or a different vendor.

I did sub q injection in my stomach just to the side of my navel.

Experimented a little with IM PT141. 1cc syringe w/20ga needle, 2mg dose in the glutes. Used twice. Onset was about 2.5-3 hrs as opposed to 5-6 hrs SubQ. No change in effect. In case anyone is interested.

Yes, I have done both sites. Instructions recommended pinching abdomen fat and injecting but both sites work. The nausea can be pretty bad. I have treated nausea with anti histamines and Zofran. I might try pepto bismol next time.

Hmmm. I will need to try the glute shot! Of course, no guaranty a 30 gauge insulin needle will get to the glute muscle on me! :) Good chance it will still be in fat!

What doseages are you taking. So I just go the pt 141 and took 1mg and I just got dizzy and napped for a few hours

No erection difference, maybe when I fall asleep

But this is the 2nd source. Same dizzieness no change in erection quality
