I think I have pretty big loads (I judge by how much of a Trojan Magnum XL condom I fill up) and here are some supplements I take.
1. L-Arginine. Pharm Grade, 3000mg a day. I’m going to transition over to NOX2, to see the difference as I just ordered it.
2. Pygeum, standardized The kind I get comes with B6, Copper and Zinc at relatively high potency too.
3. Damiana, standardized. Seems to give a little edge to the size of my testicles, and an overall boost to the sexual process
4. Maca, I just ordered some of this so I’ll see what it does.
5. Horny goat weed, does seem to make me horny and have some additional sexual benefits.
I also take Pharm Grade Fish Oil, and an assortment of other supplements but those are more for general health then sexual function.
