That’s the meaning of this whole chemical PE idea - that prolonged engorgement, mimic of priapism, will cause enlargement. It is also clearly written in the patent file.

Now, there are several things that raise doubts about this hypothesis, but I’ll point a few:
1) first, not every guy who has priapism gets an enlarged penis; this is, on the contrary, a relatively rare evenience;

2) even when this happens, the penis doesn’t undergo ‘angiogenesis’ or other supposed healty transformations, but pathologic changes: anelastic connective tissue borns inside the penis, and some degree of impotence is the outcome. I’ve read only one case of priapism resulting in an enlarged but normal functioning penis;

3) natural PE (edging, pumping etc.) causes engergement, with an higher degree of tension and avoiding risks (and costs) of chemical PE;

4) several guys tried the chemical PE pathway, the outcome hasn’t been positive.

I’m sure before or after somebody will find some chemical substance that can help in enlarging the penis; but for now, we are not there. And even when this helpful substance will be found, there will remain many reasons for giving the preference to old, natural PE techniques.

That’s the idea. What I didn’t say was that edging alone will cause enlargement.

2) Good argument. If you have any scientific material at hand, let me know.
3) “Natural” PE has quite a few downsides as well, unfortunately. At least it’s proven by thousands and the risks are manageable.
4) I’m one of them and the outcome was everything but successful. What I’d like to ask here is how many of the guys who tried chemical PE have (1) had the dosage just right so to induce a slightly above normal erection (~105%) for 2-3 hours, (2) added a potentiator such as IGF-1 which wasn’t mere bunk, and (3) maintained this routine at a consistency of 4-6 sessions a week for more than 3 months? The point is that the injection technique itself, the dosing and the solvents alone posed enough problems to have few people actually making it past the 6 weeks mark. Adding further that very few have actually had the opportunity to use quad mix, which eliminates the pain of PGE-1 induced erections - another damper of motivation and hence consistency.
All in all, I’m not claiming chemical PE works. Quality and quantity of empiric results are simply not sufficient for any such statement. What I want to state however is that chemical PE has nonetheless good chances of working if done the right way (which means proper injection technique, stable doses of quad mix, effective potentiators dosed correctly and last but not least consistency)

Thare is more than one thread on DMSO, never worked. And there are several threads about chemical PE, give a read. An erection of 2-3 hours doesn’t sound healty, since you’ll have an high level of deoxygeneate blood for long time in your penis -what can cause enlargement, but not the kind you’d like to have, as said. IGF-1, well, I’m not seeing any convincing proof that it can enlarge penis.

Many tried steroids, which acts on IGF-1 indirectly, on the whole body, your penis too - still, no sign of growth. And GH seems to do nothing either.

Anyway, the basic question seems to me: if natural PE hasn’t worked, why should chemical PE, if it is based on the same principle of higher than normal erections? I mean, the principle per se isn’t going to wok for all people, whatever it is natural or chemical, but if you think it can work, why don’t you try pumping at low pressures for 2+ hours straight?

That’s a good point, marinera.

That current efforts have failed however does not exclude the possibility that whatever peptides/hormones/substances xyz combined could actually lead to growth. It might take science another few decades to actually find out.

About low-pressure pumping for 2+ hours straight: As the pressure works the opposite direction (outside in) compared to an erection (inside out), a large extent of the force is applied on the skin, which is something I’d rather want to avoid. Apart from that, the issue of pumping and permanent gains is yet to be resolved

Well, than light, prlonged clamping, or long, light jelqing sessions, etc.. After all, having a three hours PE sessions and a chem-induced erection of three hours want make much difference: in both cases, is time substracted to other activities.

There’s one thing to consider: the expansion is just one factor, I.e. The mechanical one. However, we barely know about the chemical factor, about how much adding growth factors, tissue-relaxing substances and metabolism-enhancing substances can contribute to growth.

This filipino guy Ronielle has come to 9 x 7 inches with a regimen of Chem PE (injections of PGE-1 and papaverine, topical DMSO, DHT gel and Potaba), Hanging, Jelqing and ADS/Hanger.
He also writes that he’s a member here, but rather on the silent scope.

I couldn’t imagine the appearance of an 8 inch rat with a 10 inch weener, especially when creeping through public ladies’ restrooms

Are there before/after videos? You know, I wouldn’t trust that much a guy like him.

I can’t say anything about videos, but he’s got some before pictures

Hahaha :D made my day! Wish I could be as realistic as thunder, but I strongly believe that there are synergistic regimen to enlarge
