That’s not exactly the meaning of my words.
That’s the meaning of this whole chemical PE idea - that prolonged engorgement, mimic of priapism, will cause enlargement. It is also clearly written in the patent file.
Now, there are several things that raise doubts about this hypothesis, but I’ll point a few:
1) first, not every guy who has priapism gets an enlarged penis; this is, on the contrary, a relatively rare evenience;
2) even when this happens, the penis doesn’t undergo ‘angiogenesis’ or other supposed healty transformations, but pathologic changes: anelastic connective tissue borns inside the penis, and some degree of impotence is the outcome. I’ve read only one case of priapism resulting in an enlarged but normal functioning penis;
3) natural PE (edging, pumping etc.) causes engergement, with an higher degree of tension and avoiding risks (and costs) of chemical PE;
4) several guys tried the chemical PE pathway, the outcome hasn’t been positive.
I’m sure before or after somebody will find some chemical substance that can help in enlarging the penis; but for now, we are not there. And even when this helpful substance will be found, there will remain many reasons for giving the preference to old, natural PE techniques.
