Hi everyone. I used to ignore the supplements part of PE but have decided to take it more seriously recently. I’m microdosing on cialis (5-10g daily) and also took L-arginine. That’s in a desperate attempt to cause more bloowflow to my penis because being a grower is a massive pain for me.

From your experience, what seems to work? I’m mainly interested in stuff that could help with better erections, bloodflow and libido increase.

Anyone know more about this ashwaganda that I keep seeing everywhere outside of this forum too?

I have taken L-arginine in the past (4 to 6 grams as needed) and experienced improved EQ, but the effect doesn’t last long with L-arginine alone. In my experience, it has to be taken within an hour or two of the intended “need” for the extra bump. I started last week with L-arginine/L-citrulline combo (500 mg each per capsule). The combo is supposed to extend the effect. I am still experimenting with the dose, doing 4 grams per day now. Not quite feeling the effect as with the L-arginine, but still a little better EQ. I probably will bump up the dose to 6 grams per day starting tomorrow. I will report back. Cautionary note: as with most supplements, there are some health conditions and medications that L-arginine and/or L-citrulline are not compatible with. Check a reliable source to make sure use is safe with any conditions you may have or medications you may use.

Also interested in other supplements others have found effective.
