Do any supplements actually work

I was looking into getting sum to see whats happens. Does anyone have any suggestions to vitamins herbs anything in that nature? And also has anyone actually gained from taking supplements? If so what did you use and how did you gain?

Will any of the supps make your unit bigger? No. Lots of them do “work” as far as other stuff goes. Check out places like the article section at bulknutrition for a good start on that.

Some supps, combined with an all around healthy life style, will probably help your pee-pee recover and heal from doing PE.

I don’t know shit about gaining if you take some crape, but I know 100% that if you take Zink it will increase the volume of you’re semen- sperm relay I tried it and it works fore me.Sine I started to use the Vitamin Zink+C my sperm volume is massive it’s a big bang when I pop!
