I take Tribulus, protein shakes and multivitamins for body building. I’m sure it has to help with the other muscle we are body-building. In addition I’m starting to take Yohimbe bark, I don’t know yet if it really works but it better do something good soon because the possible side effects are not worth it just for placebo.
Tribulus - Natural herb, considered to have no side effects whatsoever. It is supposed to suppress the hormone that tells the body to stop producing testosterone, hence encouraging your body to produce more testosterone naturally. I can tell you it works for me. I couldn’t say exactly what the increase was since I haven’t been testing my testosterone levels, but I would say a good overall 30% performance improvement (with weight training. Note that extra testosterone also affects every other part of your life).
As a side I also take Ginko and Ginseng and try to eat right.
