Why gains slow!

It also seems that AR downregulation alone will not prevent growth (though it may limit rate).

My main concern is that if you negate the ‘cell police’ in order to encourage growth, and there is damaged DNA, tumors or other undersirable states, then because we cannot precision administer we could be asking for trouble.

Yea, I agree with this. I am not thinking seriously about chemically manipulating my penis at this point. I have two goals: I want to know if reducing the oxygen pressure in the blood of my penis is limiting my gains because of fibrous growth. I also want to know why changes at the end of puberty resulting in a cessation of penile growth. Then, if there is something simple and safe I will do it, I like you however wont be putting needles in my dick.

Please keep reading and posting on this!

These “chemical” explanations of penile growth are interesting but going back to the gains slowing down, can it be simply because more volume gains are needed to maintain same visual gains (I believe I have seen this idea somewhere on this forum). It’s the same with muscles growth.

I see what you are saying but I think there is something different going on here as well. For me, if I do a Uli routine after a week off of PE, my penis balloons up very quickly. This is not lymph but tunica stretch. If I do a Uli routine every day for a week, by the seventh day it seems to take a lot more work to balloon it to a girth that is significantly larger than my standard un-assisted erection. I have always wondered why this is the case. It may very well be this fibrous growth.

Do you know what I mean?

Sparky,

Do you mean some kind of inner volume increase like penis cell density that you don’t notice before you get actual visual increases?

Say you have a cube with a 1” inch side (it’s volume is 1*1*1=1 cubic in), now you want to get to a 2” sided cube. Its volume is gonna be 2*2*2=8 cubic in. A 3” sided cube has a volume of 3*3*3=27 cubic in. So to get from 1” sided cube to 2” sided cube you need to add 8-1=7 cubic in. But to get to a 3” sided cube from
2” sided cube you’ll need 27-8=19 cubic in

Penismith

You mean you get fiber growth after days-off? If it’s so than you must be keeping those gains.

One more thing I would like to add. I don’t think the volume theory is completely correct since the blood makes up the volume. It’s relly the surface area of the cc cells and tunica, assuming ligs stay the same. That would also mean that the grows/gains will slow down in time as penis growth but not as fast (in quadratic proportions rather than cubic) (I hope I am not reciting other people here).

No, I mean that after taking time off, I can go from my normal girth to a larger girth with extreme Uli type exercises quickly. If I do these types of exercises every day, it gets harder to get that temporary expansion. I think this might result from fibrous growth build up which is not contributing to gains much but is acting like string or maybe tape wrapped around a balloon that one is trying to blow up. This fibrous stuff might come and go relatively quickly.

This, if correct, could lead to a protocol of “days off” which takes into consideration ones rate of fibrous growth polymerization and depolymerization.

Does this make sense?

Pe Veterans are always saying “go easy on the exercises until your penis adapts.” Many veterans have also pointed out that after a break, they have to go light on there exercises because their penis gets beat up with less force after the break. I am sure that we all agree that the tissues in the penis are somehow changing when this happens. Fibrous build up due to a lowered oxygen pressure is a possible explanation.

It does make sense. Looks like your willie gets tougher if you exercise it non-stop. I think it’s possible

that if one PE’s non-stop, he will significantly diminish potential for future growth and increase likelihood

of injury. You need days off to soften-up/recover the tissues in order to be able to get to the next level with less effort.

You make it sound like an RPG, with the leveling up and all… LOL

But wouldn’t more fibrous build up reduce the likelyhood of injury? And you think this build up is elastic like? Or would it stretch and stay that way actually improving gains by not allowing the rest to tighten back up?

From what I’ve read, Fibrosis starts taking place almost immediately (within the first hour after trauma). Until recently it was thought to be irreversible, but there are a couple of drugs coming onto the market in the next 2 years that are purported to reverse this. At this moment in time I think fibrosis is a bad thing for us in that it forms lots of cross-linking of collagen fibres and reduces elasticity in the bodies attempt to maintain stasis. I am also leaning towards the idea that, in the same way some people suffer certain medical conditions that others don’t when under the same influences. The really high great gainers that have gone before us have a slightly different cytokinease/inflammation response to the rest of us.

I’ll write more on the above in the next day or two, but the observation of taking time off increasing temporary gains I suspect is more to do with the chemical balance of an exhausted dick compared to an unexhausted one (perhaps PGE-1 or other elasticity promoters?).

Shiver,

Can anti-inflammatory drugs help (like aspirin, Tylenol)?

This is a really interesting post. Please do read up on this more and post links.

It’s coming, but I’ve got nearly 100 more abstracts to read, plus whichever full text articles that seem pertinent before trying to put it all together. This might take most of the week!

There is an interesting picture developing. Once that’s more clear we can start investigating ways to influence the game.

One line summary so far:
TGF = bad bad bad. Most post adolesent growth declines are not reversible, but there is still a glimmer of hope!

More later…

If fibrosis reduces elasticity, maybe this is the reason our flaccid hang increases because it no longer has the elasticity to retract, and we pull and stretch these fibers and they hold the stretch which the cells then stretch around to accommodate. Just a thought, not based on any study or fact.
