I got a fairly free bill of health after my last colonscopy a few weeks back. Very little inflammation at all except for near the balloon knot. The doc gave me samples of Canasa to shove up there for 30 days. Considering I didn’t half to cough up the $200 plus for it, I am happy. He said I was doing well that I don’t have to take the Canasa, but I figured why not, why go about being half assed about my ulcerative colitis and the secondary syndromes that follow now.

I weeded myself down on what I am taking and doing it in stages in theory.
I take massive amounts of Anti-Inflammatories such as:
Bromelain Bromelain - Wikipedia 5 1000mg
Turmeric Turmeric - Wikipedia 5 1000mg
Boswellia Boswellia - Wikipedia 5 250mg
Joe Blow Fish Oil which is so overrated for my specific circumstances and condition, yet it can’t hurt. 7200mg total
I used to have that doubled, but since even the GI was impressed with how well managed I am now, I halved it to a maintenance level. All my joint pain and arthritis like symptoms have reduced. Far from perfect, but enough to shut the fuck up about and not bitch, which is a plus for me.
I also follow a Essential Fatty Acid deficiency protocol for specifically prostaglandin E1 (PGE1), Evening primrose Oil has a substance called gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is easily converted to PGE1. I follow a heavy dose than suggested due to what size pills they had in bulk as well as my size and weight.
Evening Primrose Oil 1300 mg 3 capsules, 3 times per day with meals (9 per day); can be reduced to 6 per day after 1 month
Zinc picolinate 50 mg capsule with food 3x/day
Vitamin B6 500 mg 1 capsule 3 times per day
Vitamin C 1000 mg 1 capsule per day 3x/day
Niacin 500 mg 1 capsule with food daily 3x/day
Other Misc stuff I take for the Vitamins, EFA, good bacteria, etc….
I take a pro biotic treatment after every meal too and that makes a big difference.

The lexapro makes me gain weight like 30lbs in the last four months. It also makes me so tired and fatigued I sleep at least 12 hours a day instead of the usual 7 to 8. On occasion I have slept 18 plus in a night at least once every 10 days on this. The Double deplin should supercharge the lexapro.

I started taking a four fold amino packages since I already have all the co-factors thrown in for the other stuff.
L-Tryptophan* 500 mg 2 to 8 capsules per day in divided doses (1 or 2 midmorning, 1 or 2 midafternoon, 2 to 4 at bedtime) on an empty stomach). I took this as the SLOW way to build the seratonion on the front end and let the Lexapro and Deplin work the back end.

I want to eventually ditch the Lexapro utterly, but may just renew the script and buy a pill cutter and knock it in half to ween myself off of, so that I don’t wind up with Antidepressant discontinuation syndrome - Wikipedia
So, I am actually using a Biweekly TCM or acupuncture based correction, followed by a constant orthomolecular neurochem focus to dial back the shitty attitute (in TCM I have a very animated Chinese LIVER with Chi/Qi problems) http://tcm.heal th-info.org/Zan … ation/Liver.htm
