Womens breast enhancers as penis enlargement?

There used to be, and probably still are, some creames sold to females for advertised breast enlargement - I always figured any real gains were probably due to the massage involved, but does anyone here know what those creams contained, and has anyone ever tried them along with other PE methods for possible benefits?

Hehe reminds me of a creme that supposedly liquifies scar collagen tissue..
I applied this creme once.. The scar tissue (gotten by a sex accident nearly 10 years ago) really felt way more flexible..
