Eat for Health

Your guess is partly wrong. Antibiotics are strictly controlled in feed lots and tested for in the meat in most countries. You’ll have to do your own checks for Serbia. Ruminant animals have a microbiome that breaks down crappy feed lot food with polyunsaturated fats and cleans it all up. When compared to grass finished ruminant animals the difference is minor. Monogastric animals (chicken, pigs etc.) will take up the estrogenic effects of the foods that they eat.

In all cases the solution is to eat well raised animals who have had a good life. If you eat ruminants that are raised well, you are also supporting the sequestration of carbon and improving the quality of the earth for future generations. If you want more information on this visit the Savory Institute .

Novak Djokovic eats fish, he’s not vegan.

Eating healthy food is great, but have you ever tried other proper diets?

Like what? There are many different diets mentioned in this thread. Is there one you suggest that isn’t included that you have information on? Just add it to the list.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It depends on the situation. I think that choosing the appropriate diet is complicated since every person has a health condition. That is why I prefer using healthcare factoring companies to help me out. I struggled to gain some weight when I was a teenager, so factoring companies helped me find a suitable diet. I used a diet that excludes junk food and sugar. Instead, I ate only high-quality carbs and protein food such as beef and fish. That situation made me think to consider the problem of non-healthy habits issue more seriously. Also it can help you with the penis size.

I can see how that might help with your cashflow. What size of hospital are you?

Do, you know that top tenis player of All time Novak Djokovic is a vegan, Since he is on vegan diet few years back, he is unstoppable.

He is definitely not unstoppable and also he looks like shit. No offense to him.

Also, cutting out everything that was made in a factory is the best thing someone can do for their health. Everything else is finesse. Whether you will be low carb/high fat or low fat/high carb or a vegan or a carnivore, it’s all finesse. Humans all around the world thrived on different diets. Some thrived on berries/tropical fruits, others thrived on meat and dairy. The problem is somewhere else. I know for certain that our grandparents, great-grandparents, etc. Were much healthier than us. Heart attacks were basically nonexistent, cancer cases were not remotely high as right now and many lived long and happy lives. They ate what they could, they had an active lifestyle every day and most importantly, their stress level was minimal to nonexistent.

We only have a vague idea of what most people died of, before WWII or so. If someone died “under medical supervision” it was usually listed as heart failure; same if a coroner didn’t see anything obvious. Unless there was a reason to suspect murder, nobody poked around much. The detailed statistics we have from the old days are mostly from teaching hospitals and sanatariums, which are by definition not representative of the general population.

A fairly amazing number of people *did* lead long and healthy lives, but you should also take a look at the infant and child mortality rates, which dragged their average way down. Death rates for women were also very high before the 20th century; before the “germ theory of disease” was widely accepted, deaths from secondary infections after childbirth were unfortunately common.

Even more recent data can’t be entirely trusted. For example, all the deaths ruled “due to COVID-19” when the patient had been shot, stabbed, run over by a truck, strangled on a chicken bone, etc.
