Moisturizing Issues?

Whenever I use lotion on my shaft and balls to keep it moisturized, I notice my penis and balls shrivel up a little. I don’t have any hang and barely get erections. When I don’t use anything I’m fine. Do lotions and oils get into the blood stream at all?

What kind of lotion? I don’t have those issues with cocoa butter

I use cocoa butter or generic hand lotion and do not that issue. Often apply it two or more times a day.

Coconut oil is GREAT!

I use curel fragrance free lotion.

I agree with Mrcsmxx, coconut oil or any natural oil is better compared to lotions.

I’ll definitely look into using natural oils. I notice that I hang better and have better libido/eq when I stopped using the lotion.

Does anyone recommend moisturizing the balls too or just the shaft?

I jerk off with an extreme dryness type lotion. Not sure of the brand. Jergens maybe? Nivea? Don’t recall but I don’t really have that issue. What might be happening is that as the lotion dries you can get a cooling effect like evaporative cooling and that could be causing shrinkage.

A lot of commercially packaged lotions and creams are full of phytoestrogens. Unfortunately, you’ll have to search on each item in the contents list to see what’s in there.
