How can I control my ejaculations. I’ve tried doing Keagles, I hope I have been doing them right. Flexing the muscle that stops me from peeing or make my member bounce up and down. eh i wouldnt masterbate a lot….that just gets u used to your hand motion. if u want to control your ejaculations heres what i found you can do besides keggles. this gets you more familiar with yourself. masterbate until you will ejaculate and try to hold it. in otherwards begin to masterbate but do not ejaculate(come close to). and sorry for the double post

Yeah, illist22 gives good advice, mastrubate to the edge of orgasm, but don´t cross it. Keep doing that, always stopping before you ejaculate. Train your endurance that way.

Reverse Kegels for Control?

Maybe try a combination of kegels and reverse kegels.

Try this:
100 kegels (hold for 1s, then release)
20 20 second kegels
1 kegel held until exhaustion

Then:
50 reverse kegels holding for 5s
15 reverse kegels holding for 10s
1 reverse kegel until exhaustion

You can also try the step up and step down approach. This is where when going into a 10s RK or 20s kegel you increase the pressure in which your using your muscle. Then slowly decrease when your exercise is done. Maybe add 10s for both, 5s increase, hold for 20s, release slowly for 5s (This would be for a kegel).

This may help. I am kind of experimenting with this now as I have a similar problem.
