2 weeks post surgery

I had surgery for inguinal hernia and 2 weeks later I’m pain free. Still have stitches which should disolve over the next couple weeks so I’ll see how things go before starting pumping again.

You should really give it months, not weeks.

Definitly will take some time

I had this surgery a few years ago. I waited about 6 weeks or more before doing anything.

Don’t be in such a rush to resume your normal activities.

Let your body heal completely and regain strength before putting any stress on it.
