A very simple treatment for premature ejactulation

A very simple treatment for premature ejactulation

There are two huge threads on PE in this forum, both I am sure work very well but both seem overly long and complicated processes to me.

I treated my PE with a very simple method and it worked well for me so I figured I should post it and it might help others. Your mileage may vary of course.

Simply put, the most sensitive part of my penis is the frenulum so I figured if I could desensitize that a bit maybe that would help.

I got a cheap electric toothbrush, removed the brush and pushed a cylinder shaped piece of rubber onto the spike. I then used that to build an erection by placing it directly on the frenulum (moving it around a bit till I found the most sensitive part) and edged for an hour using that on and off. I did this every second or third day.

Noticed a big difference in my control just a few weeks later and it is still improving.

I am uncircumcised. You could use a dildo I am sure (it would probably work better), it was just easier for me to get a toothbrush.

NB. I had been edging for quite a long time before this, and it had not had any significant effect on how much control I had until I started using this specific method.

I’ve seen reports that premature ejaculation does not correlate with objective measurements of penile sensitivity. Sumptuously intact guys can last long and guys dulled by the worst circumcision outcomes can climax way quicker than they’d wish.

But I heard some great advice I’ll share.

There is no such thing as prematurity, unless a guy stops trying to please his partner before he/she has had enough.

That is to say, orgasm will come when it’s inevitable and it’s healthy to think of that as the best time for orgasm. If it’s sooner than you or your partner would like then laugh it off (“damn, you ARE hot”), and then get busy rubbing, licking, poking, etc. until your partner has had enough or your erection is back in play.

Thinking in these terms can take the stress out of sex and that by itself may delay ejaculation.

Of course it also helps to not practice climaxing quickly, and also to focus your emotions on your partner’s pleasure, and to learn about your partner’s physical responses. I’d add stop trying to get the whole job done with just your penis when your hands and mouth are available.

Topical anaesthetics for premature ejaculation: a systematic review and meta-analysis - PubMed - Topical anaesthetics appear more effective than placebo, paroxetine and sildenafil at increasing IELT in men with PE.

A reassessment of penile sensory pathways and effects of prilocaine-lidocaine cream in primary premature ejaculation - PubMed - After cream application, the latencies and amplitudes of both DNSEP and GPSEP were significantly prolonged and reduced, respectively, in the PLA cream subgroup (P<0.001, all).

On-demand use of tramadol, sildenafil, paroxetine and local anaesthetics for the management of premature ejaculation: A randomised placebo-controlled clinical trial - PubMed - Local anaesthetic was significantly better than paroxetine in prolonging the IELT, at 278 (111) vs. 186 (65) s, respectively.

Event-level impact of Promescent on quality of sexual experience in men with subjective premature ejaculation - PubMed - Average ejaculatory latency time was 11.16 min during product use events, compared with 6.81 min during product non-use events.

Just realised I could have explained that better. Those studies show that desensitizing the penis does indeed decrease ejaculatory latency time.

Certainly. The studies I was talking about compared men who complained of prematurity to those who don’t and couldn’t find that the measurable sensitivity of the penis was different in the two groups. Sorry I don’t have the links; I saw this about 5 years ago.

Sorry my post should have said ‘increase’.

Anyway, comparing sensitivity of peni on different men doesn’t seem relevant here as I am talking about decreasing sensitivity on one penis, my own, something which has worked for me. And then suggesting that as it worked for me, it might work for others with regards to desensitizing one penis, their own.

The science shows there is a good chance it will.

A study about sensitivity differences between different people and whether they do or do not have premature ejaculation, has zero relevance to the above.

I’m a teen with premature ejaculation, very sensitive frenulum giving PE pelvic floor contractions, thus ejaculate really fast. How much did it take you to cum before and how much after your method with electric toothbrush? And how much time it took you from initial pre E. To the point where you could last let s say 10 minutes non stop thrusting?

I agree gents. But you know, 10 minutes of non stop passionate sex it does not really seem that much, and the girls love it. Started desensitizing my penis and I guess I’m going on a good path, as I (maybe?) fell I’m gaining control a bit.
And one more question.. Noticed that the most sensitive part of my penis is right on top (the hole from where jizz and piss coming out). Does yours feel the same? I almost shiver if I rub it half a minute.

UPDATE: Since I started doing Mantak Chia’s “sharpening the knife” (which is basically jelqing your glans only, taking care of the most sensitive parts of the glans => I do it with oil and gently, so I don’t harm the nerves, only desensitizing them), I started gaining control. My glans is better now, I’m not as sensitive when rubbing it with oil, mostly the frenulum and the upper side.

Still, my pelvic floor, PC/BC muscles (idk which one is what) contracts as fuck when I pee!! Started doing reverse kegels a couple of weeks ago but still have this (I guess if I get rid of the contractions when I pee, I ll also get rid of them in sex, as the glans are desensitized and I also started edging a bit, denying orgasm before PONR).

*Keep in mind that there is no way of making good reverse kegels if you don’t strenghten the muscle first with normal kegels (which should be long and slow holds, not fast as fuck).

I will keep things updated right here, and if it works I’ll give you my whole formula for beating premature ejaculation and be a king. I won’t abandon you.

P.S. If anybody had the problem with contractions while peeing (or any of the problems above, for that matter), I invite you to give a reply and explain what you did, what impact had on sex and everything.

Any chance you have a picture of the modified toothbrush setup? Sounds like something I’m looking for. Thanks.

Wow.pretty fascinating
