Alpha Blockers

Does anyone have experience with alpha blockers? I have problems with urination and urologist has suggested alpha blockers in the future.. not sure what alpha blockers to go with I don’t really want to use tamulosin as retrograde ejaculation seems quite common.

Something I have read about is how alpha blockers can increase flaccid hang do all alpha blockers have this effect? Also how much do they help flaccid hang?

Since starting tamsulosin I have never turtled. Hang at least one inch longer and girth impressive too. I love my alpha blocked penis

Why are you intrigued?

I started on tamsulosin about a month ago. Like the earlier post I have a noticeable flaccid size gain along with more nocturnal and stronger erections. But the most unique side effect for me is anejaculation where by I don’t eject any semen during orgasm. My reading says it is safe and frankly I don’t miss the mess following orgasm. I am an older guy so the procreation aspect is of no concern. I wonder if anyone else shares the same results.

I love it. I’m on Silodosin. It helps greatly with premature ejaculation and the anejaculation actually makes ejaculating more pleasurable, not to mention having nothing to clean up! It’s surprising how many people with premature ejaculation know nothing about this medication. Hopefully this gets disseminated to the mainstream public as an alternative to SSRIs for treatment of premature ejaculation.
