Would an alpha blocker (like FloMax) cause a stronger ejaculation?
I was having trouble urinating, so a friend gave me some of his alpha-blocker pills (not FloMax, but very similar). My urinating improved a little.
But as an experiment, I rubbed one out in the shower and noticed that it flew a decent distance, like I was a teenager again.
The prostate looks like this: (notice that the ejaculatory ducts merge into the urethra duct)
And alpha blockers work like this — see the illustration on the lower right — (they relax the smooth muscle around the urethra)
Do alpha blockers also relax smooth muscle around the ejaculatory duct?
Either way, might an alpha blocker (like FloMax) cause a more stronger “free flying” ejaculation because of this less impeded duct restriction?
