Kegels, Reverse Kegels and Delaying Ejaculation

OK so I’ve read a lot of stuff on both kegels and reverse kegels. I know how to do both (I think). I’ve been doing kegels on the bus to work every day, so that makes about 15 minutes worth of kegels. I just do as many 10 seconds holds as I can during that time. I throw in some reverse kegels too every now and then. From what I’ve read kegels improve erection quality and can actually make you come quicker and more often, while reverse kegels allow you to push more blood into your penis temporarily and are meant to help with delaying ejaculation when having sex. I believe kegels are helping with my EQ. I can now kegel to the point that I can stop myself from physically ejaculating but I still have an orgasm, just without the come. This shortens the refractory period for me but I still lose EQ. So for me it’s not ideal for lasting longer at sex. If I’m on my back I tend to lose EQ to the point that sex has to stop. Right now I’m more interested in the delaying ejaculation aspect of reverse kegels. I’m hoping some guys who had trouble delaying ejaculation, but who have used reverse kegels to solve this problem can answer these questions.

When using reverse kegels to delay ejaculation, when do you reverse kegel and for how long? Do you reverse kegel continuously during sex? Do you do them when you start to feel your orgasm approaching? Do you do them just before the point of no return? Do you do it as you come? How long do you “push out” for?

Can you postpone ejaculation indefinitely using reverse kegels?

Should reverse kegels be practiced routinely like kegels? If so what routine do you use?
