The Kegel routine to beat Premature Ejaculation (avocet8, SS4, RWG, Stevie...)
After realising that there is no point me even putting any more time into getting a bigger dick when another problem needs sorting more urgently. So I started reading posts about delaying ejaculation. I understand the concept of clamping down before the fluids start moving during edging (discussed here), the thing I would like to know (especially of people who have managed to beat Premature Ejaculation) is what sort of daily Kegel routine do you do to achieve this?
I currently do 100 X 5 second Kegels a day and 100 quick pulses. And during edging I do not think that my BC muscle is strong enough at “clamping down” as I usually ejaculate and my BC muscle seems to often make things worse, my body takes over and it just goes crazy and pumps out the come.
So all you guys who were once a “two pump squirt” what are your Kegel routines to beat this awful affliction?
