Another possible cause of ED?

For those who do not understand the above statement please read the article as it is not very long.

The point is, what does this mean for the gay community? I myself am not gay, but the above statement seems to be rather open to discussion.

From reading that, most of the participants in the study (excluding the healthy ones) seem to have had fistulas and fecal incontenance resulting from other than anal sex. Had that been the suspected cause, any responsible study would have asked about sexual orientation during the in-take and noted a connection if there were one.

I didn’t think that that was the cause in that study, but it made me wonder whether you could do damage to yourself (or another) like that.

Doesn’t happen often with sufficient lubricant and taking time during entry. But a penis with wide girth can cause problems, esp. if the sex is too “robust.”

Like the vagina, the anus is a highly sexually sensitive area; given the same respect one gives a vagina, damage is unlikely.
