Anyone practice tantra or kamasutra

Anyone practice tantra or kamasutra

Hey guys, I’m looking for a good book on tantra or kamasutra, was wondering could give me any suggestions? If you know of any good web sites to check out that’d be good also. =)

What is tantra or kamasutra exactly?

I was introduce to tantra when I was 14…(I was seduced by a 26 y/o woman who spent 11 months teaching me more than any 14/15 y/o should know). Tantra is a spiritual practice that dates back over 5,000 years. In the United States, Tantra blossomed, as a part of the sexual revolution of the 60’s and 70’s.Tantric lovemaking opens the partners to one another on every level; sexually, intimately and spiritually. Tantra encourages us to enjoy the journey, the destination may surprise you! The focus in Tantric lovemaking is on opening to deeper and deeper sensations of pleasure and connection. If we rush to a goal of orgasm there’s a good chance we’ve missed some VERY exciting side-roads along the way. The excitement would be referred to as “waves” of pleasure, ratherm than “twinges”. These waves are like smoldering embers, the more air (breath) you give them, the hotter they become! My wife and I have been practicing tantra for years.

This past summer I became certified in Tantric massage. There is a lot of information online about tantra. I encourage you to pursue this knowledge!

Hey, thanks for replying to my post!

Could you possibly further describe how you practice tantra?

Do you know of any good books I could check out perhaps? And how is tantra different from kamasutra? Or are they one and the same?

From my very limited knowledge, I thought Kama Sutra was the book and the Tantric stuff was an offshoot of what they talked about in it with much greater detail, etc… That is my guess.

I know Lewd Ferrigno personally.

I’ve been doing Tantra and Taoist Sexual Yoga excercises for only about 4 months now…but already I’ve experienced a huge increase in stamina from the practices. Anyway, as far as a good Tantra book that I would recommend, check out “Tantric Secrets For Men” by Kerry Riley. This book opened a whole new world of experience to me. If you are at all interested in Taoist Sexual Practices, which is similar to Tantra except for the fact that it deals more with refinement of sexual energy for enlightenment, check out anything by Mantak Chia, but particularly “Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”. Hope this helps.

Glober,

Cant say I know anything about Tantric sexual stuff but I have been working with Taoist sexual practices for over 6 years. If you’re interested in checking it out there is a good book to get started with called “The Tao of health, sex, and longevity. There is other stuff in the book about breathing, eating and so forth but I just concentrated on the sexual part. Mantak Chia’s book is also great but I think this one is a better starter book.

I find the practice of PE and along with Taoist sex a powerful combination that has transformed my sex life. Each one enhances and strengthens the other. And my wife would definitely agree.
