Anyone using PT-141?

Bumping this thread to share my pt-141 experience.

Read about pt-141 online (not TP) and decided I needed to try it. Ordered 2 10mg vials from PeptidePros ($37.50 each) along with a vial of BAC water. Got 1cc 32g insulin syringes from Amazon and already had 1cc 20g syringes to add water. Decided to experiment with it myself before springing it on my wife.

First time. Reconstituted the 10mg vial with 2cc of BW. Took 4mg Zofran for potential nausea (easy Rx to get from your MD) and injected 0.5mg pt-141 subq in the belly an hour later at 3pm. No pain with the needle but some stinging at the injection site for a minute or 2. Had some facial flushing about 30 min later. Slight cialis/viagra type headache and some lower back stiffness, easily treated with ibuprofen. Seemed to relax my lower esophageal sphincter and I got acid reflux. Doubled up on my usual Omeprazole and took antacids with success. No nausea. No erections or increased libido until bedtime at 11:30pm. Woke up with hardons or semis about 5 times during the night which never happens. No effects the next day. Stored the unused contents in the freezer.

Second time 2 days later. Defrosted the vial. Took Zofran and this time drew up 1mg an hour later. Injected subq in the belly with the same stinging for a few minutes. Same early manageable side effects. At around 4pm got a huge spontaneous erection. Unfortunely was coming off the beach at the time and had to hold a towel strategically in front of me. Continued with spontaneous hardons and semis the rest of the day and night. Woke up with a hardon a few times during the night. No effects the next day. Stored unused in the freezer.

Third time 1 week later. Decided to try 1.5mg just for kicks. Injected at 9:30am after 4mg Zofran at 8:30. Same side effects. No other effects until a little after 3pm when I got a huge erection watching porn. Erection quality varied between 8 and 10 sometimes throbbing and aching (in a good way). Can’t remember anything like it even as a teenager. This continued until a little after 6pm when I started to get concerned that I may need to take a trip to the local ER for priapism treatment (will keep Sudafed around next time). Relieved when it subsided to a semi around 6:30 but continued with a semi the rest of the night and multiple full hardons. My dick never looked so big. I think my girth increased about 1/2”. Seemed to wear off around bedtime at 12 but I was drinking. Woke up with great morning wood but otherwise not much activity the next day.

Bottom line. The stuff is great but onset is unpredictable. Don’t know if I would rely on it for date night if I had ED. Would probably want Cialis or Viagra on board as a back up. Side effects were manageable. Will probably drop the dose down to 1mg in the future. Seems to work about 12 hours for me. Don’t know about tolerance but don’t plan on using that often anyway, maybe 2 or 3 times a month. $3.75 per dose so pretty cheap. Storing in the freezer seems to be ok so far but may store in the fridge in the future. I’ve read that it’s a fragile molecule and maybe ice crystals from freezing and refreezing could degrade it after a while.

Would like to hear about other people’s experiences.

I haven’t tried it this way, but I guess in order to plan for a date on the weekend for example, you gotta do the first dose wednesday/thursday, then second friday/saturday depending on when the date is. If she cancel though, which is common female behavior, you will be stuck on the weekend with a phallic pipe.
