Anyone using PT-141?

So I had my appt. with my HRT doctor a week ago. He knows I struggle with ED and my libido hasn’t been the best. I should note that I’m 52.

My doctor suggested that I research Bremelanotide or commonly known as PT-141. I’m looking for feedback from men that are either currently using, or have used this in the past.

The link from Palatin shows a nasal spray delivery system. I don’t believe this type of delivery was very successful due to too many side effects. The usual delivery is subcutaneous injection.

Besides jacking a guys libido and wood, the really wild part is that it also will jack a woman’s libido as well. This makes for a really good roll in the hay. The only downside I’ve read was that it can’t be used on a regular basis since tolerance will be experienced.

I’ve injected pt-141 about 20 times over the past few months and it does create a sense of elevated libido. A 10mg vial reconstituted with 2ml of BW will be enough for about 20 .5mg doses or 10 1mg doses.

The sensation I felt was that of a teenage boy in love. Meaning I was much more affectionate rather than “turned on”. Another great thing about pt-141 is that the refractory period was nonexistent for myself. I was able to climax and never lose my erection over a few hour period.

One thing though is timing with this peptide. After injection you will feel a slight flushing over your face and head, then you really won’t feel any of the effects until about 4 hours later so be ready. Once that window passes you have pretty much wasted the peptide. Also, I recommend only using this peptide at a maximum of 1-2 times a week.

I’m completely agree with what “nrvous1” has said; I used it, it works fine for erection and libido but it’s also causes a severe rise in blood pressure.

I took a .5mg dose about 30 minutes ago. I definitely have the facial flush. my blood pressure is good, but my pulse is rapid at around 90. No other signs yet.

If I do get the libido and erection response in a few hours, I’m going to pop a low dose levitra, then give it to my wife good.

I had my wife reading about the positive effects for women. Her curiosity is definitely stirring.

It’s about 7 hours after the injection and no increase in libido or erection response. I guess I need a higher dose. I’m going to shoot 1 mg at bedtime.

So last night I decided to shoot a .5mg dose at bedtime. I had erections of EQ of 6 all night. I virtually never get nocturnal wood. I shot another .5mg this morning and took 10mg levitra. I’ve got raging wood. It’s going to be a real good morning. The wife doesn’t know what’s in store for her.

This stuff works. I have problems with ED, but not today.

It was fun this morning. I was about to achieve and maintain a EQ of 7-8 throughout our romp. I pumped (2) 5 minute sets at 5 inHg about a half hour before. I think I could have gotten a better erection if I hadn’t pumped. I was hoping for a little more girth to bring to our session. I’ve realized that pumping and my problem with ED, just don’t mix. Pumping negatively effects my EQ. I’m not going to pump anymore.

There is a definite increase in libido. It’s something like being able to rise to the occasion. It’s been 5 years since I’ve had confidence in my ability to get hard enough for intercourse. It seems every guy needs to find a dose and dosing schedule that’s right for him. For instance, I shot a .5mg dose at about 1:30 PM. I got a slight facial flush, which seems to be normal. Then I waited, and I waited, nothing happened. I then shot another .5mg at bedtime. The next morning I was ready to go to town. I can’t tell you why the afternoon dose didn’t work.

If you have ED and need to be rock hard in 15 minutes, ask your Uro to prescribe Trimix. PT-141 works great on libido, but seems to fall short when it comes to EQ. It also requires several hours of pre planning. At least that is my experience, but I have severe ED.
