Good point Mugwomp, if you’re not in the position to exercise an increased drive, you’re only headed for frustration and madness.

Mrpp - PM me as well and I’ll give you the url that I subscribed to. It was given to me by another member here, and he had to pay a fee to get it, so I’m not inclined to paste it here for the general public.

Dostinex had some side effects, at least with me it did. Others here tried it and had different experiences. I was looking for a zero refractory period.

Androgel testosterone gel will also boost the hell out of your sex drive, but there are some concerns about casual usage. Yes I’ve tried that, and still use it occasionally.

I dont think using the patches or gel will have too dramatic effect on muscle mass, but I’ll leave that topic my more medically educated brethren here.

DarkTrick: How long have you been taking Dostinex? Did you get zero refractory period as you wished? I am very interested.

I went to my doctor last year and told her my sex drive had decreased dramatically and she gave me anti-depression pills. She told me I had a chemical imbalance. Men get pills to help them, women are considered depressed. I find that very interesting.

Do you think that a male Dr would have taken your concern more seriously?
Men get testoserone patches if they seem to have a deficiency causing it, if not they would likely get antidepressants. Wellbutrin is especially suited to this task for both men and women, it seems to increase libido rather than decreasing it as some antidepressants do.

There’s an OTC testosterone supplement that is claimed to have none of the usual testosterone side effects.
I have just finished a 4-week cycle of it and have to wait 2-3 weeks to restart, but it seems promising and had the right effect.
