Ball pain

Ball pain

So I started PE 2 weeks ago, but have moved my program to largely stretching for the last 5 days. For the last 2 days, however, my balls have been incredibly tender. Is this related to pe, especially stretching, or something completely different. I am not streching my balls (obviously) so I don’t know if this is related. Just checking for saftey

I had ball pain before, had trouble sleeping because of it. I went to a doctor and had an ultrasound done, nothing serious. They did give me antibiotics and the pain went away in a couple days.

Ease off on the stretchin.

You have most probably stretched some nerves that are attached to your balls.

They are certainly there as I found to my cost many years ago when I had a “hernia ” operation.

I had noticed a small lump in my groin and went to hospital and thy sewed a patch in and must have sewn it into a nerve. As I I had horrendous pain in my right testicle. They wouldn’t do anythng aboaut it, and it was not until a couple of years ater I was told I didn’t have a hernia to start with.
It took aboaut ten years before I lost the pain.

So as I say lay off the stretching pull a bit and don’t do any more stretching until the pain has subsided.
