Why would you want your balls to be enlarged? And this is something far more complicated than general PE. You’re talking of enlarging a completely different organ that is composed of different tissues. Its size is not determined by blood flow in any way. You could possibly enlarge them slightly, if at all, by simply not ejaculating. However, eventually your semen will be released through the bladder anyway so there will be no significant gains (except you’ll feel heavier, perhaps). Or you’d have to deform them… Deformation doesn’t sound at all healthy.

Well, EJ, a bigger sack makes the whole package bigger (bad effcts are making your cock look smaller). Try stretching it for a lower hang.

I can understand why stretching the scrotum, like stretching the foreskin on a penis, would be beneficial in many ways.

I assumed that he was talking about actually enlarging his testicles.

Pumping won’t permanently enlarge the testicles, but pumping will stretch out the sac permanently thus allowing your testicles to hang looser and lower and thus make the appearance of your ballsac much larger permanently. Temporarily, pumping your ballsac will cause them to expand and enlarge with fluid. This enlargement may last the better part of the first day and into the second day.

I used to have a very tight ballsac and pumping has permanently rectified that problem and put my ballsac into better proportion with the size of my dick.

Would pumping the ballsac cause infertility? I can’t believe it would be very good to mess with the testes if you hoped to continue to be fertile and procreate.

I can’t imagine that there are any scientific studies on this subject. I have two grown children, so it’s not an issue for me. I assume that as long as a guy wasn’t being extreme in his pumping and used low pressure, that moderate ball pumping would be fine.

The bigger the balls are, the bigger heads children have. That’s a fact.

How big has your thumb been swollen from making that all up?
